§ 01 — Background

I've been working in marketing, ads, and SEO since 2011 — back when SEO meant wrestling with Panda and Penguin updates and "paid social" mostly meant Facebook. That long runway is the reason I work the way I do: every channel, hands-on, end to end.

I'm an all-in-one marketer. Paid media, SEO, content, email, lifecycle, landing pages, tracking, attribution, reporting — I've built and run all of it, and I'm just as comfortable in the ad account as I am in GA4, the CMS, or a strategy deck. Because I've worked across every part of the stack, I can walk into a company that has no real marketing function and build it from scratch — tracking, ad accounts, funnels, content engine, reporting cadence — the full system, not just the campaigns sitting on top of it.

I did that at EasyPost (built demand gen and ABM from zero), at Set Fire Creative (built the systems behind 50+ client accounts), and I do it now at Buyerlink, where I launch and scale brand-new lead-gen verticals into $1M+/month paid-media programs. Earlier roles at GRIP6 and Big Leap covered everything from a 28M-impression PogChamps 3 sponsorship to enterprise SEO and CRO.

On the side I run On Q Marketing, an independent practice where I audit businesses' paid-media and SEO efforts and hand back a clear, prioritized roadmap to improve lead flow and sales — the same diagnosis-to-implementation work I do in-house, packaged for owners and operators who need an outside read.

Based in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Fluent in Spanish. Happiest when there's a clean dashboard, a clear hypothesis, and a budget waiting to be deployed.

Manage $1M+ in monthly paid media spend across multiple lead-gen verticals. Lead structured A/B testing on creative, copy, and targeting to improve CPA and ROAS. Build and scale new verticals from launch through profitability, and deliver weekly executive performance insights and optimization roadmaps.

Run an independent consulting practice auditing paid media and SEO programs for businesses across industries. Diagnose what's broken in the funnel, prioritize the fixes that move lead flow and sales, and hand back a clear roadmap (or stay on to implement it).

Demand Gen Marketing Manager

EasyPost

Built the demand-gen function from scratch — launched and scaled an ABM program targeting SaaS buyers, owned paid acquisition across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and display, and stood up GA4, Search Console, and full-funnel reporting across brands. Directed SEO agency partnerships and internal growth initiatives.

Oversaw paid media strategy for 50+ B2B and B2C clients, including high-value accounts with $200K+ monthly ad spend. Built the fulfillment systems and processes the team ran on, mentored the team, and delivered audits, strategy roadmaps, and performance training.

Led influencer campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Meta. Managed the PogChamps 3 sponsorship (28M+ impressions). Ran multi-channel paid campaigns including Amazon and Reddit, and rebuilt GA4 funnels through the iOS 14 attribution shift.
